The field of Psychiatry is ever-changing.  Several treatment modalities have been developed and are FDA approved to treat Major Depression and other psychiatric conditions. When medication options are exhausted or patients are looking to augment their current treatment, there may be specialized treatment options.  AscendTMS Psychiatric Specialty Services will be offering additional services soon, including intranasal esketamine (Spravato®) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).  Additional treatment modalities include Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
